– Join us for our annual Bourne Free Celebration Worship at 12 noon on Sunday 2nd July. Every year since 2011 the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) has held their weekly worship service outdoors at the Bourne Free stage in The Triangle on the Sunday of the festival weekend. It is a special Pride service celebrating God’s lgbt children. Over the years there has been congregational singing, community choir, children’s sermons, guest speakers, drag queens and a special thanksgiving for lgbt people, all culminating with the serving of Communion which is open for everyone to receive. The service is an energetic celebration offering something for everyone.
