Requesting support or help

  • Examples of the sort of issues we can help you with are finding the right education, training or employment, worries about your health and wellbeing, family problems and finding fun a positive things to do. We also offer support for young people who are caring for family members and young parents.

    Please be aware that this is NOT for emergency help – we will try to contact you within 3 working days to discuss your request. If you are concerned about a person or a situation there are immediate services available to support you

    If your need is an emergency you can call 999 for the emergency services.

    If you need to talk to someone about how you are feeling right now you can call Childline on 0800 1111 or the Samaritans on 116 123.

    If you are concerned about someone’s safety and would like to speak to Children’s Social Care (formerly Social Services) you can contact them on 01202 458101 (Daytime) or 01202 721494 (Out of Hours Service).
