    The youth centre is open to all young people aged from 13-19 years of age. The Henry Brown Youth Centre is a place where young people come to meet their friends and through relationships formed other sessions take place. There is a mixture of different qualified youth workers that can offer a range of activities to positively engage young people.

    Fusion is a town centre coffee bar un by Bournemouth YMCA open to teenagers. We offer a wide range of food and drinks in a pleasant environment which includes pool and video games. We have qualified Youth Workers on hand to aid personal development, and volunteering opportunities for young people wanting to play a bigger part or seeking accreditation. Our music basement is open to young people and is equipped for individual and group practice, recordings, performances and media production. Or just plug in your mp3 player, turn up the microphone and chill with your friends.

    The 507 is our newest building of all, situated in Boscombe with open doors for all young people aged 13 – 19 in Bournemouth. The first stop for help and support from our friendly team in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Our “Open Access” session offers a chance to explore issues that effect young people with the Youth Work team. There are Youth Workers who can give information, advice and guidance on a range of everyday things, including Sexual Health, FREE Citizencards, Glo 17 cards and much more. Youth Advisers are available to help explore employment, education and training opportunities. The Listening Ear offer a counselling service for young people from 507, call us to enquire or pop in to find out what else we have to offer!

    Welcome to Sussed Youth Advice.

    Sussed is an Information, Advice and Guidance Centre dedicated to young people aged 13-19 in Bournemouth. We provide a wide range of FREE information, advice, counselling and support services to young people. We will listen to your needs, and, in line with our policy, support you in making informed choices, empowering you to take control of your life.

    We support over 2000 young people, who come through our doors, each year. Sussed is a first stop to gain Early Help and support from our friendly team of Youth Workers, Youth Adviser, NHS Sexual Health Advisors and the Listening Ear Counsellors who all work to provide a safe friendly non-judgemental environment. Information, Advice and Guidance is given on a range of everyday things, including; Education Employment & Training, Sexual Health & Relationships, Mental & Emotional Health, Housing, Citizencards, Glo 17 cards and much more!
